This module is an introduction to the theory and practice of Christian ministry across cultural boundaries and provides an overview of the Biblical mandate for missions outreach. It examines scriptural, historical, and practical issues relating to ministering in and to different cultures. It will give attention to the skills and wisdom needed, both natural and supernatural, to minister effectively in a culture to which the missionary is not native. Attention will also be given to various religions of the world, what they believe, how to distinguish true Christianity from a cult or a sect.
