This is a practical skills course, which is designed to integrate classes from first- and second-year studies. The course will examine how leaders can use creative and systematic processes to develop shared vision, communicate to internal and external groups, and translate it through strategic planning processes into effective action. Students are placed in teams to put to use the vital skills of vision, strategy, communication, presentation, internal regulation, and teamwork to solve real-world critical problems.
