All ministry happens in relationship with others. There are many pitfalls in ministry when one does not understand personal responsibility in the context of interpersonal relationships. This course will describe and demonstrate what these concepts are and are not. The student will learn how to set up proper personal boundaries in their life to relate and minister to others in a healthy and God-honoring way. These boundaries will help the student understand their own personal responsibility towards in both protecting and resourcing their life.
